I purchased the iPhone 6 on the 3599/- plan with Vodafone on Feb 24th. Since then I have been charged the amount on my credit card. The plan entitles me to 6000 min and 6GB data, however this plan has not been activated on my phone. After several calls to customer care I’m told it will be activated on the 1st day of the month but each month there has been no action. Today my 3G speed has been downgraded after I used 1GB of data. In effect I’m paying for what I’m not getting and its topped with in different customer service. Copy of the message sent is here –

“Oops! Your speed has been reduced to 64kbps on exhausting your pack on 919930924525. Get back to 3G speed with a booster, visit: www.vodafone.in/b”
