Complaint regarding non-delivery and no refund from Flipkart

I ordered redtape corporate casuals on 30 Dec 2015 bearing the order no OD204833464292303000 amounted rupees 1617.00. The order was never shipped to me for the reason the address is incomplete for Flipkart to deliver the product. They accepted my address when I updated in the online portal for purchase and for the same address they had delivered few items earlier. The delivey company personnel never contacted me to check about my address to deliver and returned it to back to wearhouse. When I contacted the Flipkart customer care they told me that my address is incomplete and they have to cancel my order without my confirmation. Finally they cancelled my order in the system and an email confirmation sent to me on 5th of January 2016 saying that the amount I have paid will be refunded to me by 6-8 business days. The amount should be refunded by 14 January 2016 but it never happened. So I called Flipkart on 16 January 2016 for checking my refund status and the Flipkart team was ready with answers saying I have to go the bank, through which I had made payment and track the payment by myself. Then I told that is not my work to track payment which Flipkart is suppose to make. Then they said they have escalated this issue to speed up the this issue and will confirm me by 20 Jan 2016. So I have to wait to just hear about my issue for another 4 more days. Though it is more than half of the month my fund never been credited to me so I request you to help me to fight legally and get me justice in this case.

I can produce all the related documents that support the complaint. Kindly help me get justice
