I have booked one activa 3g on the name Smt Nxxxa sxxxxxxxxa on dated 26.10.2016 with blue colour with delivery on dated 28.10.2016, the dealer also confirmed me that the desired model and colour will be delivered on desired date but on the delivery date the dealer M/s A S Motors Gwalior MP denied the delivery of the colour and model apart of that model and colour was available there and acted rudely behaviour.
After that I have booked the complaint on honda customer care the complaint number is 1-11327173798 on dated 28.10.2016, the customer care executive told that the complaint will be resolved in 3days but till date no one call came back. since again I have lodge the complaint on mail id customercare[@]honda2wheelersindia.com on dated 05.11.2016 at 11:20PM but till date no one contacted to me .
It is requested look in to the matter earliest as possible. Regards
