Complaint regarding non-delivery by Amazon

I purchased BP monitor from Amazon App online and made payment of 1280 to Amazon. Yesterday evening I received a message from Amazon that my product has been sucessfully delivered to me but I didn’t received the same. I called the number of delivery boy then he told its already 9 PM so we can’t delivered the same now bt we updated the status. again today morning I received msg 2 times in gap of 1 hrs that the product again delivered 2 times but i didnt received single time. when i speak to amazon customer care they told they will investigate and then they decide what to do. later i post my issue on twitter then they told again fill the form which I already filled yesterday then only they will look into. what is my fault? my order number is 404-5468675-2261129.
