Complaint regarding non-delivery by

On 16 Oct I palaced the order for gas stove they took my order and now after 15 days they saying we don’t have that product. Even they took payment in advance and saying sorry please take discount coupon as a apology but still that product showing on site that is still available. But the putting all blame on seller not taking any initiative to solve my problem. Please help me to get that product which I paid for.
