Complaint regarding non-delivery by

I have Ordered an product through online shopping on this month 3rd may 2016. I have done an online transaction to purchase it.They have issued the deilvery date as 17th may 2016- 25th may,2016. But i got an email on 16th may 2016 saying that my shipment is lost and asking for re-order which takes me another 15-17 days business days or they will refund my money. They have made me waited fro two and half weeks fro nothing. I have concert to play which are lined up from 21st may,2016, For which the shipment was very important for me. Now they have ruined all my shows by not delivering the package on time and giving false statements from customer service that they gonna fix this. Please do some justice to me for this and compensate me with righteous things. As for no mistake of mine, I have been put through lot of mental trauma and also made me unsure to perform in the concerts. As it was one of the vital aspect of my performance. Having said this as the opportunity is already been lost, I wish to be suitably compensated not only with my money but also for the damages suffered.
