Complaint regarding non-delivery by Amazon

I have ordered a product from and was shipped by the seller via Speed post India. While tracking the consignment the parcel reached the designated post office on the 15/04/2016 but was not delivered due to a reason which I dont know. I called them up on 19/04/2016 enquiring about the parcel but to my most utter dismay, the Customer relation or the staffs at the other end didn’t even care or gave any importance to their bad service. Instead acted and treated me in the worst manner by telling me to shut up for the delayed services which is not even apart of my mistake. It seems we the customer are bound to go to the concern office and self deliver our parcels. On 21/04/2016 I send my friend to collect the parcel for me, but they told him that, they’ll be delivering the parcel on 22/04/2016. Which actually didn’t turns up till now. Kindly look into the matter.
