I ordered a mens fashion accessories(order id:AB11346034) on 05th Apr,2016 and order was couried via their logistic partner Aramex. After placing order I was regularly tracking online & also regularly following up with Aramex regarding the delivery. As on there website the status was showing remote delivery area. Their customer care representative inform me that they have handed over the product to their local partner to deliver on my given address. I also request them if they are facing any problem then I can took the delivery in my nearer metro city Kolkata. They informed us delivery address can not be changed. Then also I was following up with them as the product was delivered. They informed us they require minimum 10 working days to deliver the product but the product didn’t delivered with in 10 working days and I asked them via mail regarding the status but didn’t get any response. Suddenly on 18th Apr,2016 I received SMS that product got delivered and I was shocked as I didn’t received the product in my hand & they updated the product got delivered. At the same moment I inform the same to Aramex as well as Askmebazaar but they took the thing casually.
Next day morning I registered a complain regarding the same to Askmebazaar as I bought the product from them. Then I was regularly following up with them & they asked me to wait for 07 working days to get the problem solved. They informed me that they will update whether they will deliver or refund will inform latest by 28th Apr,2016. But till now neither I got informed nor the product is delivered to me. Now its going to be a month I have ordered the product & I already spent my mobile balance of around Rs.1000 by regularly following up with Aramex & Askmebazzar to get the product delivered. Then also I have failed to do so. I am requesting you to look into the matter & do the needful on urgent basis as the product which I have ordered is very needful to me but as I have made the payment to Askmebazaar via ICICI net banking so I am unable order the same from other online website as well as purchase locally as they have kept the money & not refunding as they are waiting and their back office team is investing on the issue. Don’t know whether their investigation will end & I will get the product delivered or refund my money back. But I got mentally & financially harassed by the Askmebazzar.
