It has become a tactic of Bluedart to just showcase to the world as a good courier service company but reality is it is the fake company ever. I am currently suffering for 3 of my orders. The usual fake comments that they update in their system is “phone not reachable” or “address not found”. When everyone else can find the address & reach me on my phone ,why can’t bluedart. They don’t even provide contact details about delivery person. I raised complaint twice with them & but still no professionalism. Now I am trying to contact the customer care again but it is not connecting (may be they have booked my number ). This company needs to shut down for they are causing serious mental harassment to the consumers.
