I ordered a cake and a flower combo for my husband for same day delivery in Pune. The order number is : DCGP-100220167. Funny thing is I ordered through classicpunegifts.com but when I contacted the customer care, she told me to email at [email]email@example.com[/email]. I started wondering why is the domain different. I went and checked yashflowersgifts.com and there is a website by this name. I used the same credentials that I used on classicpunegifts.com and it worked on this website as well. It is just a duplicate website of that one. Both are fraud.
The order had to be delivered on 11th Feb. When I contacted, they told they tried calling my husband and they were not able to reach. They told me they will deliver it next day. But they did not. I again called and the same thing got repeated. On 14th Feb, I told them to refund the amount. They said they can try delivering it again if it was okay. I thought okay, it is 14th Feb let me wait. And they did not deliver it again. Now, I am calling on the number – which is their customer care number, nobody is picking the call. They know that I want refund. I spent Rs. 645 and feel like I have lost it. I wish I could catch these people. Any help would be appreciated.
