I had purchased Samsung solo microwave oven (MS23F301TAK) through cromaretail.com on 18th Oct ’15, and made the payment through credit card.

The product was available online while placing the order, and the same was confirmed by the customer care executive when I called them just before placing the order. Also, the product continued to show in stock till about after a week of me placing the order.

Its been almost 1 month, but my product has not been delivered, despite periodic follow-up with them.
