Complaint regarding non-delivery by DTDC

I sent a courier to my relative, after 15 day when inqury about the the parcel surprised that it is not yet delivered to him, then checked with courier person, but they shared a PD stating it delivered to different address.
when i made further query they called to my relative and asked to called from their local office. it is really disgusting of this type of response from courier service.

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
