I booked a consignment on 29/06/16 with DTDC at their branch
(KF042 Sec-III Salt lake). The full and complete address along with two mobile numbers of the receiver were provided on the envelope. After a few days the status on the DTDC web site showed `RTO’. I have written several messages to DTDC customer support (on 6 July, 11 July, 13 July and 20 July) again providing the full address and contact details of the sender and receiver. The response received from them is “Case Closed” along with false statements such as “Insufficient address” and “sender could not be contacted”. The consignment has neither been delivered, nor returned to me even after nearly a month since booking.
