Complaint regarding non-delivery by DTDC

I booked a parcel through DTDC courier service on 23 February 2018 from New Delhi to Aizawl. The parcel got received in Aizawl on 3 March but is not been delivered to me. Regarding with i contacted the courier partner and even visited them personally several times. But they has not handover the parcel. Regarding which i informed DTDC by mail but no resolution is been provided to me even after 8 days. So i request you to kindly resolve the issue. Consiment No – Z55502240

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue. Kotak Mahindra Bank changes a/c type without information – deduct charges from account: Mr. Atul Jain of Indore had posted a complaint on 03-09-2009 in the Forum with regard to Kotak Mahindra Bank changing his account type and debiting his account for non-maintenance of average quarterly balance.
