Complaint regarding non-delivery by DTDC

Dtdc Way Bill dt 29th Mar 2018 Fate unknown. Value: Rs. 20 lacs. On 29-03-2018, I booked one important packet from Hyderabad to a Bank at Tirupati 517507(AP). Tracking and repeated follow up to customerservice[@]dtdc.com including their corporate office did not yield any response. Incidentally the manager of the bank confirmed non receipt of cover. This resulted in unnecessary mental agony and request to initiate action .

However, later when he tried to withdraw money to his bank account, he was unable to do so. The option of withdraw money was not working whenever attempted and there was no response to his emails. Replacement of Micromax Mobile – Rs.7,200/-: Mr. Sambuddha Dasgupta of Guwahati purchased one Micromax Q413 mobile on 6 October 2016. He submitted the device with the service centre on 17-04-2017 for various issues but did not get delivery of the phone even after 15 days. Mr. Dasgupta posted his complaint with ICF on 03-05-2017 and the matter was taken up with Micromax. Finally, Mr. Dasgupta got a new replacement pone on 12-05-2017.
