Complaint regarding non-delivery by First Flight couriers

This is to inform you that my urgent courier packet dispatched on 25.08.2018 and reached on samaypur branch on 31.08.2018 still not received by me. I mailed many times to First Flight Courier Pvt Ltd but they didn’t give any response to me.i also call him many times but didn’t pickup the call also called to head office but still they didn’t give any response. Kindly take action against such courier agency the packet deliverd to them is so in important for me

Refund from Air Asia – Rs. 2,660/- : Mr. Ramachandra Prabu of Chennai booked an Itinerary RICJGH on Air Asia airlines. The transaction failed during first time and the amount (Rs.2660) got deducted from my ICICI bank account. He raised a complaint with the airlines but got no response.
