Complaint regarding non-delivery by First Flight

I had couriered a package through First Flight couriers from Bangalore to Hyderabad with the consignment no. F991B1148760 on feb 9th. The package contains a cardigan worth ?1400-1700 (not sure as it was bought so long ago). I paid an amount of ?150 for speed post. However the package dint get delivered on time and the status showed that it has been returned to origin. I called up their helpline n no. of times but to no avail.

I have visited their office also multiple times to collect the package. But they either dont respond or just take my phone no. saying they would call me by next day. When i finally lost my cool last week they told me that the package seems to be misplaced. When i demanded a refund they sent me back again saying they would check again and call me. It has been a week and i still haven’t received any call.

It will be 90 days since the package was couriered. And as per their policy i cannot even claim the refund post 90days. I dont understand how i can go about if they dont do their job or respond to a customer.
