Complaint regarding non-delivery by First Flight

I booked my courier from First flight on 16th Jan 18 as per the courier service policy it has to be delivered within three working days and same promise has been made verbally. But still my courier is in transit. I went to courier shop on 19th to confirm the delivery but he has not given any satisfactory answer I also talk to first flight main office on 20th they also just taken my details but not satisfactory answer. Even after 8 days my consignment is in transit. The delivery address is Vinod Gupta school of management, IIT khadakpur. now due to negligence of courier service I’m going to loose an opportunity to attend continuous education program which I supposed to attend. As per institute policy they confirm the participants once received DD and application form hard-copy. Kindly lodge my complaint against first flight courier service and I also need to claim Rs 50000 to them as the value of this program to me in Lakhs. AWB no M991B6724112.
