I have placed an order for INR 2198 on 15-Sep-2016 and have made the advance payment online.
The order was accepted by the company (www.fitnessworld.in) vide order #12172
The same is displayed on their website in my account section.

The company claims to have shipped the product on 19-Sep-2016, again as per information displayed on their website and has also provided the FedEx tracking number 706321397656. The information on FedEx website displays ‘label created’ and has not moved since then.

I have tried to reach out to Fitnessworld using the phone numbers displayed on their website but the numbers are seldom reachable/ nobody picks the phone/assures to call back but does not.

Through some means, I got phone number of Ms Pxxxxl who manages the delivery; she cooked stories about paper work missing with FedEx, then FedEx tracking system being down and so on and so forth. I had to call her from different numbers else she do not respond to the phone calls.

I then tried reaching out to their owner (or I assume, he is), Nxxxxn Kxxxxxl and Ashok Kxxxxl but again, they never answer the phone calls or sms.

I call all these numbers throughout the day for last few weeks but this is far from resolution. This has become agony for me.

Request your help in resolving this.
