Flipkart’s deliver part Gati was not able to deliver on correct address and they took it to some other place, Followed further I received message on 31st March that ordered were cancelled.

After escalating to flipkart, they escalated to their backend team and promised that it will get delivered, they will escalate with delivery partner.

We also called to Gati (Delivery partner) and they said only flipkart can rebook it from backend. We called back to flipkart and they assured that this will get delivered and backend team will call. This never happened and today they say sorry only.

They are keep blaming delivery partner but failed to manage the relationship, at begin they would not have taken any order if they can’t get deliver, now keeping my money for 15-16 days and not compensating for waste of my time and money.

I was keep following with flipkart and Gati and was ready to pickup though p roduct was 120 km away from me, however irresponsible behavior of flipkart drived me crazy. Please look into this and do the needful.
