Complaint regarding non-delivery by Jabong

Its in regards to jabong order. This order was prepaid.

I have not received two products under this order they are.
1) olive slim fit chinos spykar. For Rs. 974.40
2) Kane Navy blue track pants fila Rs. 997.50

Instead received an update from jabong that they have delivered the product to me. I raised a complaint about this to jabong. com under request id: 49340081.

To this complaint jabong provided me a proof of delivery stating we received confirmation from ML logistics with a proof of signature that the parcel is received by me.

This statement is not true, i have neber received the parcel, infact i called the number 7799218295 sai prasad from ml logistics and trackind id for ml logistics for both the products are as follow
1) MLJP641699
2) MLJP641699

Provided to me by jabong he persistently said i will not deliver this product as address is incorrect.

If the address in the order is wrong first thing how it can be delivered and second the signature received on both the orders are not mine.

I need refund for both the products and also redressal for investing unfruitful time everyday on this case.
