I want to share with you all my bad experience with jabong. I placed an order on 23rd June 2018 for amount 3049/- which was EOSS, paid through my credit card which confirmed and mentioned that the product will be delivered by 2nd July latest, however it’s been 8th July and there is no update in he status, I have been calling those idiotic customer care puppets who give super pathetic excuses. . I mean what is the point of taking order and keeping on hold. .. so that the product placed on heavy discount can be cancelled later.
The same product is being deliverers to my neighbour who has placed order after sale

I used to get nearly 100 msg overflowing my mailbox my email and app buzz all day long..to shop during sale… they should be strictly penalised for cancelling order placed during sale season.
