My order has been delayed 5 times by Jabong. Since 15days I’m asking their team as to what is the reason for the delay, which no body is aware of. When I tried to ask them the reason everytime they told me one single thing that is “they are taking follow up from their logistics team”. From last 15 days track order is also not updated.
I asked for compensation as there was a delay hence i purchased a different bag from local store as i had my trip scheduled. Basically i asked them to compensate the loss that i incurred by purchasing that bag. As usual no response.
