Complaint regarding non-delivery by Royal King Furniture

We purchased few furniture from Royal King Furniture on 26th June, 2016 amounting around 55,000. We got the delivery of sofa and dressing table, the next day but not the delivery of center table, king size bed and stool of the dressing table. They had promised that they would deliver it by 29th. Now, they have been giving the excuse of rain coming in their way of delivering the rest of the furnitures. However, since Monday they are telling that the furniture has been despatched for delivery but we have not received it yet. Full payment has been made. They were EXTREMELY RUDE on phone and now they have stopped answering our calls. Meanwhile, going through google, I also found out they have cheated other people similarly. I am posting it over here with an expectation of fruitful result.
