Complaint regarding non-delivery by RSG Infotech Apple dealer

I visited the Imagine store at G-33/34, Ground floor, Inorbit Mall, Link Road, Malad (W), Mumbai 400 064 on 14 May 2016 to purchase an iMac. Their website is: http://www.imaginestore.in

After making full payment and getting the order number: Order 4864/IM/2016-17, I was promised delivery of the system within 2 weeks by a person called Jxxxxxd.

However, this did not happen. In fact, I did not receive a single call from the store regarding my order. As I did not get an update, I visited to store in the mall, to find the shutters closed. I contacted the mall reception desk and they put me through to Pxxxxxk who introduced himself as the representative for the store.

I have made several calls to Pxxxxxxxxk, Cxxxxxxxa Sxxxxxa and Sxxxxxl Sxxxxu (who took my order). As the shop shutters continued to remain closed, I took the decision to visit the RSG Infotech office located at: 1st Floor, Maina Gul Bldg, Caesar Road, Amboli, Andheri (W) – Mumbai – 400 058, from where I collected the iMac.

As proper procedure to complete the purchase, I was supposed to receive the invoice and Magic Trackpad 2 (which I opted for in-lieu of the mouse). However, today is 2 July 2016 and I am yet to receive the Trackpad and Invoice.

Every time I called Sxxxxxl and Cxxxxxxa, they responded saying to wait a few more days to receive delivery. This update has been given almost every call I made to them and no sign of getting delivery of the product.

I have no choice but to bring to attention these folks and hope to have appropriate action taken against RSG Infotech for non-delivery of purchased goods.

    I have had a similar incident with RSG Infotech, Its seems there relationship with Apple is gone bust. They resorted to malpractices and are under criminal proceedings. Apple support and team have erased all Imagine buyers records so essentially it means no support and warranty for products purchased from RSG Infotech
