I had ordered a Libas A-line kurta on 5th January 2017. It was supposed to be delivered to me by 16th January 2017. Every time I am calling, since 16th, they are saying “it will be delivered to you within 48 hours” but i havent received the product yet. I have called them 11 times, i have spoken to their supervisor, but no one could ensure the delivery. They didnt even bother to inform me that the delivery of the product might get delayed. Instead, once one executive told me that if the product is lost in transit then “we cant help it… its a human error”. It is ridiculous to call them day after day and get the same answers and no action. Moreover their helpline is not toll free so I am being charged Rs10-Rs20 everytime i had called them. Kindly help and take the necessary actions.
