Complaint regarding non-delivery by Snapdeal

I have placed an order for Total internet security CD of K7 from Snapdeal on 6th July and i got the courier details and when i tracked the courier details it showed that the product has been delivered and i have not received any product from courier company or snapdeal. when i raised a complaint in customer support in snapdeal there is no response and i raised a complaint couple of times and they are not at all reverting to my complaints. i already paid Rs. 411 through my credit card and they charged the amount with out product and they are not responding to customer query as well.

Kindly advise me how to proceed legally against them. please help me out and do the needful.
