Refund from Air India Express – AED.4,290.91: Balaraman Karuvachal (balram_alhayat[at]yahoo.com) of Calicut, Kerala had cancelled two online air ticket bookings on 27-06-2013 as changing of route/sector facility not permitted by Air India Express. However, he did not get refund even after 45 days. He posted his complaint with ICF on 21-08-2013 and got his refund back on or about 26-08-2013.

Voltas AC unit replaced:
Laxmidhar Mohanty, Nanmangalam, Chennai, Tamilnadu (ldmohanty(at)rediffmail.com) had posted a complaint on 08-06-2010 with regard to defective AC unit and poor service from Viveks, Chennai. ICF submitted the complaint to Voltas and Viveks and the defective unit was promptly replaced with a new one and properly installed on 14-06-2010.

Refund from Snapdeal – Rs.613/-: Mr. Karan Kapoor of Mohali, Punjab ordered for one Orpat hand blender with Snapdeal.
