Hi, I have purchased “Intex Fitrist Bluetooth Smart Band (Royal Blue)” from Tatacliq.com on 5th Oct 2016, and as per there commitment package should be deliver to given address on or before 10th Oct 2016. As per promised date shipping is on time till package arrived in Pune on 9th Oct 2016. But still(18th Oct 2016) this package is not delivered to me, and on tracking description are wrong(More details on attached image). I called tatacliq consumer service trice and every time they told me that they will deliver by Today End of Day and every time details submitted by delivery team is wrong. This is frustrating experience for any user in online shopping. When i raised complaint and called them several times, they said that they are going to prioritise my shipment on 11th Oct 2016, but still(18th Oct 2016) there priority shipment not deliver to respective address. Please need some strict and long lasting action against such worst experience.
