Complaint regarding non-delivery by Trackon Couriers

With due respect, I would like to convey that i sent a parcel/courier from above-mentioned courier service on 21.08.18 which has reached to the destination hub i.e. Haldwani (Uttrakhand). But from that location to till date that parcel has not been delivered to the receiver whereas more than 11 days have been passed. Such courier services gives the assurance to deliver the shipment within 48hrs. work frame but its very surprising that the parcel have yet not been delivered even the status of the same showing no updation while tracking the consignment.

We made a subsequent call to the customer care executive before rakshabandhan but there was no response from that. Then we again tried to speak to customer care executive on 28.08.18. This time they picked our call & told us that they will lodge a complaint & they gave us a Complaint No. T165957. They assured us that immediate action will be taken but till today there is no action have been taken.

We are from the Indian family who have strong conceptual religious sentiments. We just dispatched the Raakhi in the above consignment on the occassion of Rakhsabandhan for my Brother In Laws who lives in Haldwani, Uttrakhand. As the consignment will take minimum 48 hrs. to get deliver the package, we sent it prior to 06 days as a lead time. But after getting dispatched it through Trackon, we didn’t get any response as well as no status have also found in their tracking system. We became helpless at the moment when Rakhi didn’t get deliver to the my Brother In Laws. As we all do have religious sentiments with this festival, it made all of us very awkward & disappointed.

I want a strong conceptual action has to be taken against this regard so that those who makes fake promises & cheat must get a lesson to teach.
