I need to file complaint again Track on courier service. We sent a courier from Jaipur to Mumbai on 14th Nov, 2018, however it has not reached yet at the destination & it is 19th Nov, 2018. We tried to contact at Jaipur, they gave number for Mumbai office, we called at Mumbai, they gave the number for office near Sanpada Railway station, we called there as well, they told us that it will reach in 15 minutes, we waited however the courier did not reached, they gave the number of a delivery boy that he is carrying the courier. we tried to call & the no is coming switched off.
This seems they are totally irresponsible & their website is also not giving any update since 2 days.
Please take action against them as the documents are so urgent & we needed those documents to apply for visa at Mumbai vfs now. we suffered because of them. I need legal action against them.
