Complaint regarding non-delivery by Yepme.com

I placed an order of two tops from yepme.com on 4/4/18 and made online payment through debit card and they deducted the amount of Rs. 577 from my account. The expected delivery date was 10/10/18 and now its been more than two weeks I Haven’t received my package yet. I tried to contact their customer care several times but they are not responding.. Besides i made an online complaint also but they’re not responding to any of my complaint. They are not canceling my order from their online website. I want my refund but i don’t understand how do i get it. They’re clearly fooling people around and doing fraud business. Kindly consider my complaint and strict action should be taken for such websites.
