I purchased medicines from NetMeds and they have sent these in two packets through Gati bearing docket numbers as 569753271 and 569728972. The assured delivery date, as per gati online tracking, of these were 15-04-2017 and 17-04-2017 respectively. I received the second packet on 19-04-2017 which was delivered on same day it reached Dumka. The first packet arrived at Dumka on 18-04-2017 and still not delivered. I complained gati and they gave two complaint numbers as 31865450 and 31876114 on 21-04-2017 and 25-04-2017. Yesterday I saw the gati tracking status of my first packet and it was showing out for delivery. Today I saw it is showing as customer refusing to accept yesterday as on today at 09:08 out for delivery. No one has arrived at my home address for delivery since 19-04-2017 from gati. I have never refused them. The packet contains my blood pressure medicines, which are going to be exhausted. I got several calls from their customer service, last one today at 18:30 assuring delivery. My concern is that being in customer service sector, it is disheartening to see that Gati is writing wrong feedback on their tracking status online.
