Complaint regarding non-delivery of Dish TV by Snapdeal

I have purchased Dish tv from Snapdeal on 28th Oct 2016 having order ID as 16378173583, where it was shoing estimated Delivery as 8th Nov, till now as of Today i am unable to track my Courier. Also when i call Snap deal, it a automed Voice recorder, it a 3rd class customer care where we are never connected to them. Please let me know where is my order.
