Complaint regarding non-delivery of On dot couriers

On dot courier service order was placed for dispatch of subject mentioned item 17.07.2016 from jaipur to be sent to above mentioned address at tehsil rampur distt shimla,Himachal pradesh. The representative there informed us that it would take 3 days to deliver the article. but it has been 10 days from the date of booking and i have not received the item, moreover on tracking the courier on their on dot courier website it is showing that it is at delhi airport hub since 19.07.2016. On contacting Mxxxxj who is at delhi airport hub in on dot courier company he said we are still searching the parcel. on contacting with Axxxxt who is jaipur office he said the courier has been seized by sale tax department at delhi which to me appears to be unreliable statement. on constant pursuing with him and other representative of company it seems that no body knows the whereabouts of the product , leave apart when can they deliver. ON dot company is constant saying they are tracking the item , but it is very clear they don’t know where it is. There is high possibility that they have lost the article due to their own irresponsibility . The article is a costly delicate item which was needed urgently and they are treating it as a stray commodity . They don’t deserve to open a courier company if they don’t give normal service , forget the urgent. I want to complain for the loss and want the On dot courier company to compensate my total cost including the uncomfortable experience i am going through . They must either find the item and return in undamaged state or must pay for the loss worth Rs 21000 which i am suffering.
