Complaint regarding non-delivey by Fragume

I had placed an order with Fragume.com on 6th May,2018 amounting to Rs. 1375. I had ordered 5 BodyShop foot scrubber amounting to Rs. 275 each. I had made payment through my debit card. I had received a email confirmation on 6th May,2018 about receipt of order no. # 4234. However, post that i didnt get any mail about despatch details. Since then, i have been calling the customer care no. of fragume but noone is answering the call. Its been more than a week and there is no response from fargume. I want my refund back immediately. Its a fraud site !

Refund from Patanjali – Rs.1018/-: Ms. Disha of Indore 452003, Madhya Pradesh did not receive refund after she cancelled her order on Patanjali mobile application. The order ID was 7678163797. Refund from DTDC – Rs.1,040/-: Mr. Vivek Sharma of Bangalore, Karnataka (vivek0217[@]gmail.com) sent a courier through DTDC , reference number D17166789, on 10th May 2014 but it was lost on its way to Delhi.
