My Reliance mob was recharged with RC44 for roaming on 26-5-2016 and activated & utilized upto 31-5-’16. On 1-6-2016 Reliance Communications upgraded its services from 2G to 4G. Accordingly, I also got the new sim and activated it. But I am regret to inform you that roaming facility stopped to provide from 1st Jun 2016 which was already activated &continuosly utilizing. If the Rel.Commns upgrading its services it may be their policy/bother of its own and its developing their own business, then why should a consumer bear the loss of his benefits of already subscribed upto 28 days. More over I purchased a GPRS mobile phone at the time of got the services and on upgrading its services no alternative mobile has not been provided by them is also an another loss has to bear by the consumer. Hence, keeping in view the losses have been thrown on consumer shoulders the company developing its business is an offensive and injustified activity was taken against it’s consumers and they may be severly warned for illeagal steps taken against consumer welfare w/o prior intimation to the public. It is also requested to arrange to refund the amount paid for services subscribed and fail to prolong the services and mobile equipments on their upgradation activity please…consumer.
