I have ordered A smartways blue bag worth rs.425 through snap deal with option cash on delievery on 22.5.2017. I have received my product on 26.5.2017 for which i have paid the amount in cash but when i opened the courier there was a fault in the product.As per the snap deal policy i couriered it back on 27.5.2015 through Blue dart worth Rs.465 (copy attached) and also requested snapdeal for its replacement with online request in its site. I got the mail from snap deal that my order will be replaced and the amount which i have paid to courier will be either credited in my account through NEFT or will get in form of SD cash in my online account with sanp deal within 7 to 15 days when they get the delivery of the product back. Though i got the replaced product on 9.6.2015 but did not get the amount i paid to courier for returning the product for which i sent a scanned copy to snapdeal mail adress.
As it is clearly mentioned in snap deal policy if consumer get faulty product it will be replaced and courier charges will be paid in form of SD cash in your snap deal account for furher purchase or through NEFT in bank account with 7 to 15 days. I have got a email in this regard from Snap Deal on 26.5.2015 also. But it has been more than 25 days i did not get my amount worth Rs.465 paid to blue dart courier una even i have sent many request to snap deal email adress given to me i.e firstname.lastname@example.org. This is not the matter of money but the faulty policy of snap deal which created a false impression of onlineshopping in my mind.you are requested to see the matter and take necessary action so taht i can get my money back.
