After getting wrong product the ebay claim adjuster told me to send the wrong product to the seller for replacement purpose and provide them the POD copy and they will refund the money as a coupon within 7-10days. The claim approved & closed as on 21st July,2016.Still I am not received the coupon. The customer executive assured me to wait 7-10days again and again with fake commitment.
As per escalation request no 1-81723896072 the maximum timeline date also being over as on 13th of August 2016 but still i am not received the money worth rs.480/-.
