Complaint regarding non-receipt of refund from Amazon

I have placed an order 22 July 2016, Order No is: 404-1749383-8481129 but due to faulty of the product I have cancelled the product on 27th July 2016. But till today I have not got the refund yet. I have called few times with the customer care representative but they have said the courier has not dispatched the product to the seller. While contacting to the Courier they have told me that the product has been shipped to the seller on 27th July 2016 and it has reached to the seller on 29th July 2016. The details are given Below:

” The shipment was returned to Amazon Wide AWB no 42196765450 on 27th July and was delivered on 29th July 2016″

But after 10 days has passed still I am not getting my refund as well as not getting any confirmation from the Amazon Customer care representative also. Can you please help me out on this.
