Complaint regarding non-receipt of refund from Ebay

I got different product instead of which is displayed on ebay india, vendor name is muthuonline mart, under ebay india guarantee, I have launched the complaint on 12th feb 2016 earlier I was asking for replacement but after doing so many complaints they didnt rply, they were asking the proof for which I sent them the pics of the product which I received.then on 4th april their representative told me to shipped the product return to vendor on 5 th april as per telephonic conversation I had with their representative, I have shipped the product to their pick up delivery person but still I didnt received my purchase price till. now in my account as telephonic conversation with their representative. again I mailed ebay india for my purchase price they people are again asking me the proof of shipment, as per telephonic conversation I have reshipped the product with their pickup person only, so why they are asking for proof of shipment. its almost been 2 and half month niether I received my product nor my money, they people are trying to harass the customer by asking the proof again and I want refund as well as compensation for harassing me.
