I made a puirchase online through E bay.in. Following is the details. Auto refund initiated and I raised refund from my end as well and contacted customer care many times. I’m yet to receive the item or the refund. Kindly do the needful.

How can the seller appeal when he has did not ship the item.why is it taking so much time.now it is almost 20 days.
