I made an online groccery order of amount 1878 out of which only items of worth 568 were received. I have made several email, phone complaints and the only response i got is it is under progress, or will be resolved in next 5-7 day. Even they closed complaints twice without transfeering amount back to my account. They even sked me my bank statement saying we have transfered the amount.

Since last 5 years this is worst online service i have received so far. Hope this platform get me some help
