I have placed an order with PayTM on 14-01-2016 and it got auto-cancelled on 17-01-2016 due to unavailability of stock. It’s status is showing as refund error against my order, still PayTM is saying that they have refunded. When i sent mail for the same to customer care on 21-01-2016 they say that they will refund my money in next 24-48hrs but since then refund is not provided. It is more than 10days but I have not received my refund yet.
This is the second time I am facing similar issue. I am following up with them since then and in every mail they say that refund will be given in next 24-48hrs. It has caused me so much stress and mental agony that I would never suggest or use this painful site. So pathetic and ridiculous service they provide. PayTM order no# 14660151092.
