I had placed an order #24084 on the 12th of Dec, 2016 on the website www.gymxapparel.com for a Gains emblem hoodie Admiral blue color hoodie (Size S) priced at Rs 1299. Unfortunately, the size was smaller and I needed a replacement for the same. I couriered the product back to their registered address (They do not have reverse pick up mechanism) and the product was delivered to their address on the 22nd of Dec, 2016 (DTDC tracking ID of Z02741240).

As per the rules stated in the website, Customer care should have called me and informed that they have received the product and then I would have told them the product that I wanted as replacement.

But till date, I have not received any proper calls from customer department. I got a few calls and they promised that the replacement product will be sent but nothing was sent. I tried to contact GymX by calling them more than 15 times and writing emails to them. But neither they received my calls nor any reply was received to my emails. I messaged them on whatsapp and on their facebook page as well, but got absolutely ZERO response!

I need my money back from GymX (I had used my credit card to make my purchase)
