Complaint regarding non-replacement of charger by Snapdeal

I m Dr shahid, I bought online HTC charger 5 or 6 month before, when I got the product next day I put ph on charger, its blast my ph and charger both. I complain on snapdeal they told they will replace the product, but I was calling them and mail them but no response. Today 6 month I didn’t got any thing.┬áPls help me.
