Complaint regarding non-replacement of product by Flipkart

I bought a cricket set from flipkart but i got damaged item. Thenafter I raised a complaint for replacement of the same. I contacted to customer care but they are only giving date by date. No replacement occured till date. Details of item bought-:

Refund from Flipkart – Rs.5,999/-: Mr. Dinga Sailo of Aizawl 796001, Mizoram ordered a mobile handset from Flipkart.com on 6th January 2015 for Rs.5999/-. When the parcel was deliver, he found journals and magazines instead of mobile device. He reported this to Flipkart but no steps were taken to resolve the issue.
