This is with reference to my complaint with OLA Cabs #10778371.
I had booked an OLA cab on June 25, 2016 and at 4.49 p.m. The details that were given to me were of Sxxxxxl (UP 13 AT 1778; white WagonR). The driver conveniently denied duty for reasons best known to him only. On reaching out to OLA they allotted me another driver Sxxxxxxxxxh (DL 1Y D 3968; white Eeco). After coordinating the pickup location with the driver for more than 30 minutes, I received a message from OLA saying ‘We tried to reach you to confirm driver initiated booking cancellation and the cab had to cancelled due to no response from you’.
My complaint is towards OLA as first I never received a call from them on the cancellation of booking. Secondly, if the same customer has had a problem with OLA twice in a span of merely an hour or so then how can they cancel without checking with the customer.
Thirdly and most importantly, when I called OLA to help on the issue as there was a network snag and booking could not processed, they simply reverted saying – ‘We can’t help as there is no active booking from your number. Please book again so that we can help you’.
My complaint is towards the behavior and attitude of the OLA people and the lost sense of customer service. Despite the fact that this had been repeated within an hour. The team at OLA were too casual and to top it all there was no pacifying calls instead they called to share that we could not have done anything as our systems do not allow.
Finally, cases of pathetic customer service are numerous with OLA and I have been facing this issue time and again.
