Complaint regarding One Plus display screen

I had purchased one plus 3 mobile from Amazon and at a cost of Rs.27999.00 and with in 30 days the screen has tampered with out any reason.i had received the product on 10th march ,but the amazon replacement site has been closed on 24th march. i have contacted to the amazon and i am directed to the one plus company and accordingly i had approaches their service center at Trivandrum. But they didn’t help me and also they even give me a receipt for my approach.After that i have mailed to the manufacturer company regarding the issue.But they are not ready to replace my mobile even it had happened with in one month. The tampering is due to the poor quality of the product. i have spend this much amount for the mobile and i am very much disappointed with this issue. My regular work has been affected because of this. So i may request you to kindly take necessary action for the above.
