Sir, i bought a mobile of one plus one company in june but after using it for few months i am facing an issue with charging of my phone. As i contacted service centre of the company they changed almost every part of my phone and still i am facing the same issue. The person on that service centre is Mr. Rxxxxxxh and he told me to contact the company directly. I did file complaints in the company and what they do is gives me a complaint id every time i contact them. I have various case ID related to this issue i.e 139338 , 130144, 141955 etc but they are not solving my issue and assures me that their executive will call me in 48 hours and i am still waiting for their call. In short they are not responding to my complaints

sir please look into this matter.
