I bought this new model of OnePlus 3 from Amazon. Its just been 6 months now and the screen broke. And this is when I didn’t drop my phone anywhere.

I called OnePlus and also emailed them and they say that they are not responsible for accdental damage and I’m tired of explainaning them that the damage is not accidental at all. It was in my pocket all the time and then the screen started cracking and I could hear it breaking.

Also I dropped an email to Amazon to check if they are willing to help me out of this situation and I’ve been waiting for their response but there was no action taken so I believe that they are not willingto help too.

The best part is that the phone had tempered glass on it and the glass is perfectly fine while the screen inside is shattered.

Plus I went to the service center in Gurgaon, Esskey corporation pvt ltd and they are saying that they have nothing to do with OnePlus and they will charge 9000 IST for changing the glass.

I’m really clueless what to do and what not but one thing is for sure that Im not paying 9000 rs to anyone for bad quality product. I think OnePlus should stop launching phones if tbey cannot take the responsibility…
For OnePlus warranty doesn’t matter they just want money from you for the worst quality products they launch and then you have to buy the insurance and then too you have to pay for any problem you face and this is when it’s just been 6 months.
